I bought this thinking it would make rides easier, but i got tired of it quickly. It feels stiff and bumpy most of the time, and my back and arms start aching way sooner than they should. I don’t have the patience to deal with that on longer rides. It’s just not comfortable...

I’m kinda not happy with the service I received. It just didn’t meet my expectations, and overall I left feeling unsatisfied.

I think the timing was just bad because the delivery seemed rushed or something. The box showed up all smashed, dirty, and beat up, and a few of the parts inside had scratches on them. After waiting that long for it to arrive, it was definitely disappointing.

I ordered from puckipuppy.com and yeah, it did go through okay in the end, so no major complaints there. The site just felt kind of slow while I was browsing, and I found myself clicking around more than I expected because some of the product info wasn’t super clear right away. Like, I’d think I found what I needed, then realize I had to open another page or scroll around a bit more. Checkout worked fine once I got there, though. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just one of those things where it could definitely be a bit smoother and easier to get through

I was a little disappointed with the quality, to be honest. The material feels kind of cheap, and the stitching started coming loose quickly. That said, it might still be okay for light use, and maybe I just got one that wasn’t finished as well.

I don’t mind paying more when the quality or experience backs it up, but this just didn’t feel worth the price to me. To be fair, it’s not terrible, and some people might be fine with it, but for what I paid, I expected a little more.

Overall the bike’s been decent, but yeah, the charging is a little annoying. It takes longer than I expected, and the charger gets warm, which I’m not totally sure is normal or not. It does eventually charge all the way, so it’s not a huge deal, but I definitely have to think ahead more than I’d like. I did reach out to support and they got back to me, just not super quickly. So, not awful or anything, just kind of average for me

The bike itself is okay and rides decent, but the accessories felt kinda cheap to me. The basket strap seemed weak, and one little piece broke after just a few rides. For the price, I expected a bit better.

I went on Puckipuppy mostly because I saw they had some discounts going on. A few of the prices was actually good, and the promo code worked for me without any trouble, so I was happy about that part.

The only thing is the offers felt a little messy to figure out. Some items seemed like a much better deal than others, and I had to click around for a while to understand what was really discounted. Not terrible, just not the smoothest shopping experience. 3 stars.

I was ready to place my order, but the financing option kept failing over and over with zero explanation, which was driving me insane. Then my card payment got stuck too, so by that point I was practically yelling at my screen. I reached out to support and all they said was to try again later. For such an expensive order, the whole thing felt way too stressful and not worth the hassle

I bought this from puckipuppy.com, and while the bike is okay in a few areas, the brakes are terrible. They feel weak, slow to grab, and not at all like something I should have to deal with on a bike at this price.
Going downhill or trying to stop fast is stressful every single time. I have to squeeze the brake levers way harder than I should, and even then it doesn’t stop smoothly. That’s not just annoying, it feels dangerous, and I blame the company for letting it ship like this.

I expected a lot better and now the bike mostly just sits there because I don’t feel safe riding it. Frustrating to spend this much money and end up with something I can’t trust.

A few months after getting the bike, the battery started acting up, so I reached out to Puckipuppy about the warranty. It took a few days to hear back, and when I did, it felt like a standard reply asking for info I had already sent.
I still sent over the photos, order number, video, and anything else they asked for. After that, it was mostly more of the same troubleshooting steps, but never a straight answer on whether the issue was actually covered.
After a few weeks of going in circles, I just took it to a local shop and paid for the fix myself. The warranty sounds good on paper, but getting help through it was another story.

To be fair, support answered faster than I expected and got the issue fixed. I kind of wish I didn’t have to chase this in the first place, but at least they handled it smoothly once I reached out.

After the sale, I tried reaching out for support and never heard back. Frustrating, honestly.

The package showed up looking completely beat up, with the tape peeling off and stuff rattling around inside. It didn’t feel like anything was protected at all. For what I paid, I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m begging for basic packaging, and that left me resentful right from the start.
